§ Mr. Gordon Wilsonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland for what purposes Leoch Quarry in Dundee is used; and if its use brings it within the ambit of the Disposal of Toxic Wastes Act 1972.
§ Mr. William RossLeoch and Lallaws Quarry is used for the deposit of industrial waste, including small amounts of toxic waste, the deposit of which is subject to the notification procedure of the Deposit of Poisonous Waste Act 1972.
