§ Q20. Mr. Gowasked the Prime Minister whether he will convene a conference of Heads of Government of the EEC in order to discuss the future development of the Community.
§ The Prime MinisterIt is for the Government of the country holding the Presidency of the Council of Ministers to arrange meetings of the EEC Heads of Government. The Belgian Prime Minister, Mr. Tindemans, is expected to present his report on European Union towards the end of the year and Heads of Government will no doubt wish to discuss the future development of the Community in the light of that report.
