§ Mr. MasonAt my initiative, Euiogroup Ministers made proposals to this end at the meeting of the NATO Defence Ministers on 22nd and 23rd May, and the meeting agreed to pursue within the appropriate machinery the establishment of a "two-way street" between Europe and North America in defence equipment procurement.
