§ The Attorney-GeneralOf proceedings commenced in 1973 about 190,000–11 per cent.—were started in the High Court and 1½ million—89 per cent.—in the county courts. Of those tried, about 4,200–9 per cent.—were in the High Court and 41,300–91 per cent.—in the county courts.
