§ Mr. Jayasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what further increases in import duties on foodstuffs imported into the United Kingdom are due to be made in 1975 under the Import Duties Act 1958 arising out of the Treaty of Accession with the EEC.
§ Mr. BishopNo further increases in import duties on foodstuffs are due in 1975 under the transitional arrangements laid down in the Treaty of Accession. Some changes in duty rates under other agreements, including the Lomé Convention, will be introduced on 1st July.
