§ Mr. ShoreNo. The Civil Aviation Authority, which is responsible for air safety matters, advises me that it has recently had discussions with representatives of the hang gliding movement and is satisfied that this pursuit is responsibly conducted and that the present legal constraints are adequate. The authority adds that it will continue to keep the matter under review.
