§ Mr. BishopIt is for processing companies themselves, through normal commercial channels, to ensure that supplies of potatoes for their particular needs are adequate to cover any eventualities that may arise at the end of the season. I am aware that some processing companies have had difficulties recently in obtaining supplies of a suitable quality at prices they consider reasonable. However, I understand that limited quantities suitable for processing are available on the domestic market.
