Rossasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will now, in view of the assurances given by his officials recently to a member of the Northern Ireland Convention, state the earliest and latest dates by which Loyalist prisoners serving their sentences in Great Britain will be returned to a prison in Northern Ireland.
