§ Mr. Alfred MorrisWe plan to have publicity in the Press and elsewhere nearer the date of introduction of the new allowance. This will be designed to make details known to those who may qualify. A leaflet—and claim form—will be made available and the good offices of voluntary bodies representing disabled people will be used.
