§ Mr. ArmstrongThe Working Party on Housing Co-operatives, appointed by my hon. Friend the Minister for Housing and Construction, is examining ways in which the establishment of housing cooperatives can be encouraged. The Minister will consider the need for publicity and other advice after he has considered the working party's final report, which is expected within the next two or three months.
