§ Mr. ShoreThe necessary action to bring into force the Arbitration Act 1975 is proceeding. It is difficult at this stage to give a precise date, but bearing in mind the 90 days which must elapse after deposit of the United Kingdom's Instrument of Accession to the New York Convention, I expect the Act to come into force before the end of the year.
