§ Mr. William RossInformation about the amount of private woodland planting is collected only for complete years, and no estimate can be given of the level of activity by private woodland owners during the last few months, but since most of the annual planting programme in Scotland is normally completed by March it is unlikely that many trees will have been planted since the Budget.
