§ Mr. Michael Lathamasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he will now list the district authorities in England and Wales where individual domestic ratepayers have had an increase of more than 25 per cent. over last year's figure, excluding the special rebate, taking into account county precept, district rate, RWA general service charge and water charge.
