Member for Cannock of the prices charged for beer and other drinks in public houses; and if she will now take steps to compel licensed premises to display lists showing the prices of all their drinks.
§ Mr. MaclennanThe information supplied by my hon. Friend has been passed to the Price Commission and I understand that the increases made by the brewery company mentioned were in accordance with the terms of the Price Code.
On the question of the display of price lists I refer the hon. Member to the answer given yesterday to my hon. Friend the Member for Manchester, Blackley (Mr. Rose) by my hon. Friend the Minister of State for Prices and Consumer Protection.
