Walker-Smithasked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether the views of the East Hertfordshire Community Health Council have been taken into account by the Hertfordshire Area Health Authority in the consideration of the latter body on the propriety, or otherwise, of the proposed closure of the maternity unit at the Hertfordshire and Essex Hospital.
