§ Mr. Atkinsonasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will list the number of limited period entry permits granted to visitors entering the United Kingdom over the last 12 months for which statistics are available their countries of origin and the numbers who have overstayed the period granted.
§ Mr. Alexander W. LyonThe information asked for in the first part of the Question is given in columns 3 and 4 of Tables 1(a) and 1(b) in the Immigration Statistics for 1974 (Cmnd. 6064), published on 28th May 1975. It is not possible to say how many visitors admitted in 1974 have overstayed.
