§ Dr. OwenThe provisional estimate for the year ending September 1974 is of 800 British or Irish doctors emigrating, partially offset by 500 returning. However, as my right hon. Friend said in her reply to the hon. Member on 29th April—[Vol. 891, c.76–7.]—there ale signs that emigration may have been increasing.
