§ Mr. PrenticeThe Medical Research Council informs me that tests carried out under its auspices, using microscopic and biochemical techniques, have revealed no difference between samples of adipose tissue taken from so-called "cellulite" areas of the body and those from other sites, and no evidence that any such "substance" plays a part in the causation of obesity.
