§ Mr. BishopThe possibility of an international emergency food reserve was one of the questions considered by the World Food Conference last November. Her Majesty's Government share the view of many other Governments that the 529W prime need is to reach an international agreement on cereals trade and stocking policy as a whole which would have the effect, inter alia, of ensuring that supplies for emergency use would be available.
