§ Mr. William RossI would refer the hon. Lady to the answer which I gave to my hon. Friend the Member for Coat-bridge and Airdrie (Mr. Dempsey) on 8th May—[Vol. 891, c.490.]—The arrangements foreshadowed in that answer have now been put into effect.
