§ Mr. Harold WalkerThe Chairman of the Health and Safety Commission informs me that its executive has not yet concluded consultations with its staff associations. Any agreement made will be conditional on the outcome of consultations that the executive will hold with local organisations including the regional councils of the TUC. Until negotiations are further advanced, I am unable to provide the lists my hon. Friend has requested.
