§ Mr. John FraserI am informed by the Manpower Services Commission that all the facilities of the Employment Service Agency and the Training Services Agency are available to the unemployed.
These facilities include the placing service, advice on employment opportunities, occupational guidance, training under the Training Opportunities Scheme and grants and allowances under the Employment Transfer Scheme for those who wish 444W to take up employment in other than their home areas and satisfy the eligibility conditions.
