§ Mr. John FraserThe Employment Protection Bill makes provision for the 379W weekly earnings limit applied in redundancy payments calculations to be reviewed annually. The limit of £40 introduced by the Redundancy Payments Act 1965 was increased to £80 on 28th August 1974, since when it has not been reviewed.
