§ Mr. Reidasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will make a statement on the application of paragraph 3(3) of Schedule 2 to the Finance Act 1974 to long-term foreign residents working in the British film industry, and on the anticipated effect of this measure, both on them as individuals and the industry at large.
