§ Mrs. CastleAll 207 community health councils in England have now been established, with, on average, two paid stall each and an estimated total annual wages bill of about £1.4 million. Responsibility for the establishment of community health councils in Wales rests with my right hon. and learned Friend the Secretary of State for Wales.
