§ Mr. Rookerasked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) if she is satisfied that the recommendations of the Scowen Committee in 1969 and 1970 that only oral contraceptives containing 50 microgrammes or less of oestrogen should be prescribed, are being effectively carried out;
