§ Mr. CarmichaelThe M62 motorway is being constructed as a trunk road motorway up to the junction with Queens 321W Drive, Liverpool. The Merseyside County Council is the highway authority responsible for the proposed extension of the motorway from Queens Drive to the Liverpool city centre.
