§ Mr. John SilkinDevelopment corporations may make land available to private builders wishing to build houses for sale, to individuals wishing to build a house for their own occupation, and to co-ownership groups. Corporations may also build houses themselves for sale, particularly at the lower end of the price range. At the appropriate time I will consider whether further measures are needed.
