§ Mr. CarmichaelI am sorry to learn of these difficulties. In choosing driving test routes we do our best to avoid inconvenience to local residents and we urge driving schools to do the same. But the present concentration of learner drivers in the Garston area is mainly due to the closing of a neighbouring test centre. I have instructed that the search for alternative premises should be intensified.
