§ Mr. Rifkindasked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether she is aware of the sale of sweets, masquerading as cigarettes, to children; and whether she considers that this will hinder the 151W Government's campaign to persuade people to reduce smoking.
§ Dr. OwenYes, I am aware of this, but I do not consider that this is a major factor when compared with other forms of promotion of cigarettes.
