§ Mr. Roy JenkinsI have at present nothing to add to previous answers on this subject, which have drawn attention to the objections, on cost and other grounds, to extending further television licence concessions to pensioners; but I have undertaken to make a statement on the subject, and I hope to be able to do so before the Summer Recess.
