§ Mr. Charles R. MorrisI have no plans for making significant changes in the pension arrangements for the Civil Service in the next 12 months. Consideration will, however, need to be given to the effect on the Civil Service of the Government's proposals for a new State scheme.
Whilst I am consulted about the pension terms for the other public services, their planning is a matter for the Ministers responsible for those services.
