§ Mr. Fauldsasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will make a statement on the Africans under sentence of death in Southern Rhodesia.
628Wcompleted by the end of August and the stonework facing Cromwell Green by December. The roof was completed on 3rd June. The Grand Committee Room is also in use, although it is to be refurbished. This should be done by the end of December. I am informed that these completion dates were those originally estimated. There has, therefore, been no undue delay.
