§ Dr. GilbertI estimate that the benefits of transport subsidies on buses are distributed as follows. These figures are based on an analysis of information in the National Travel Survey for 1972–73. ft is possible that more recent data would show changes in the distribution of benefits, but I would not expect them to be very great.
