The special review for Mr. Tomlinson has been concluded. The Parole Board has recommended parole and I have accepted the recommendation. Mr. Tomlinson will be released within the next 10 days.
As I said in answer to Questions on 19th June—[Vol. 893, c. 476.]—the special review of Mr. Warren's case should be concluded in September.
