§ Mr. John MorrisA survey of the position as at 30th June is under way but the figures are not yet available. Following an earlier survey which I commissioned and which revealed an unsatisfactory situation, I have written to all local planning authorities in Wales suggesting ways in which planning applications could be dealt with more quickly.
