§ Mr. William RossUnder the Housing Rents and Subsidies (Scotland) Act 1975 511W housing authorities were given powers to delegate some or all of their housing management functions to their tenants, and subsidy can continue to be paid in respect of houses covered by an agreement between a local authority and a tenant co-operative. I give every encouragement to the exercise of these new powers by local authorities in suitable cases.
