§ Mr. MulleyI greatly value the contribution made to adult education by the Workers' Educational Association. I intend to help the association in its immediate financial difficulties but, although I shall see whether anything else can be done, for reasons of financial stringency I cannot at present consider long-term changes in the grant arrangements.
