asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) how many adult persons were brought before higher courts in each of the calendar years 1970 to 1974; and how many of these were described as unemployed;

(2) how many young persons, under 18 years of age, were brought before higher courts in each of the calendar years 1970 to 1974; and how many of these were described as unemployed.
