§ Mr. Gregor MackenzieI am advised that over the 14-week period 23rd March to 28th June—the latest available date—first class letter traffic has fallen by 26.2 per cent. and second class traffic has risen by 11.4 per cent., compared with the same period in 1974. These figures do not include meter traffic.
