§ Mr. O'MalleyNo. Following my reference of this issue to the Occupational Pensions Board on 18th February the board issued comprehensive notes on the subject and invited evidence from interested organisations and individuals, to be submitted if possible by 30th June. I understand it has received a large volume of evidence which it is now considering.
