§ 55. Mr. Rees-Daviesasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether, having regard to the increases he has made in civil legal aid fees, he will take steps to revise the rates applicable to criminal legal aid fees with a view to maintaining the value of fees on the basis fixed in 1971.
