§ Mr. William RossInformation about quantities and value of interchange with the Central Electricity Generating Board is given in the South of Scotland Electricity Board's Annual Reports and Accounts (Table 7 of Chapter III of 1973–74 Report; and Table 6 of Chapter III of 1974–75 Report with Account F3). As explained in answer to the hon. Member on 22nd July 1974—[Vol. 877, c.390]—without this interchange Scottish consumers would have to pay more for their electricity.
