§ Mr. Joel BarnettThe Budget forecasts for 1975–76 were that the local authoriy and public corporation borrowing requirements would be £1,557 million and £1,778 million respectively. The central Government borrowing requirement excluding its on-lending to them was forecast to be £5,720 million.
