§ Mr. Michael Lathamasked the Secretary of State for Employment whether, following edition Number 21, dated April 1975, of "Department of Employment News", which contained a statement that the Employment Protection Bill reflects the consultations which have taken place with the TUC, CBI and other organisations on the previous consultative document, he will indicate which of those consulted, and how many of the 300 who sent in comments, disagreed with proposals in the consultative document, and how many 127W of their objections were incorporated in the Bill.
§ Mr. BoothMost made some criticism of, or suggestion about, some particular proposals, often from opposing points of view. All comments were taken into account in arriving at the final form of the Bill.
