§ Mr. Geraint Howellsasked the Secretary of State for Wales by what year he anticipates that the whole of the A44 from Aberystwyth to Eisteddfa Gurig will be brought up at least to the standard of other trunk roads in Wales.
§ Mr. John MorrisThis length of road has already been brought up to a standard comparable to other trunk roads in Wales expected to carry similar levels of traffic. Further improvement schemes are currently being carried out and I shall undertake others as and when resources permit.
