§ Dr. Edmund Marshallasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will examine ways of improving the arrangements for negotiating Gibraltar's contribution to the European Community budget, and for obtaining the views of the Gibraltar Assembly on proposals relevant to Gibraltar originating from the Community.
§ Mr. HattersleyGibraltar makes no contribution to the Community budget. We are consulting the Governor about obtaining the views of the Gibraltar Assembly on Community business and I shall write as soon as possible to my hon Friend.
