§ Mr. Wattasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what recent representations he has received from Scottish farmers and farm workers opposing the Government's proposal to abolish tied agricultural cottages.
§ Mr. William RossI have received representations from the National Farmers' Union of Scotland, and from individual farmers, opposing the Government's proposals. I have also had representations from the Secretary of the Scottish Agriculture and Forestry Section of the Transport and General Workers' Union to the same effect.
