Mr. Wigley

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland what was the total number of staff of the South of Scotland Electricity Board per million KWH in 1960 and in 1974; and how these figures correspond, after adjustment, to ensure analagous definition, with similar figures for the Central Electricity Generating Board for those two years.
