§ Mr. HattersleyI refer my right hon. Friend to the reply which I gave on 2nd July to my hon. Friend the Member for Newham, South (Mr. Spearing)—[Vol. 894, c.438–9.]—about the Commission report on European Union. The European Assembly has not yet produced its report, but I understand that when it does so copies will be sent to Parliament through the existing arrangements for the supply of Assembly documents. I am making special arrangements for the report of the European Court of Justice to be made available.
